1. Agreement
These terms govern access to CareHome Signal, a commercial-intelligence service offered by WickedPixel Studio. By creating an account or purchasing Pro, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use / Data Policy.
2. Service scope
CareHome Signal monitors permitted public sources and presents facility licensing events for legitimate B2B research. It is not a resident-placement, care-selection, healthcare, legal, regulatory or government service.
3. No guarantees
Public source data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. CareHome Signal does not guarantee exclusivity, accuracy, completeness, sales, lead quality, availability, government affiliation or that any facility needs or intends to purchase a product.
4. Subscription
Pro is offered for $99 per month or $990 per year unless pricing is changed prospectively. There is no free trial. Stripe handles checkout and billing. Access begins only after verified subscription status and ends when Stripe reports that entitlement is no longer active. You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation normally takes effect according to the billing status shown there.
5. Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful, relevant B2B research and outreach to facility businesses. You may not use it to profile residents, target vulnerable people, make healthcare or eligibility decisions, harass operators, create misleading claims, bypass source controls, resell raw bulk data as a competing directory, or violate source terms or applicable law.
6. Account security
You are responsible for activity under your account and must not share or circumvent subscriber access. CareHome Signal may suspend access reasonably believed to involve fraud, abuse, security risk or prohibited use.
7. Data and corrections
Original state terminology and source links are preserved where available. CareHome Signal may correct, hold, remove or reclassify a signal when evidence changes. Historical snapshots may remain in a nonpublic audit record.
8. Referral credit
The initial referral offer provides one month of Pro account credit after a referred account remains paid for 30 days. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraud, canceled or refunded subscriptions and other obvious abuse do not qualify. Referral value is account credit, not cash.
9. Service changes
Sources, coverage and functionality may change. Material subscription changes will be communicated through reasonable account or email notice.
10. Liability and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from reliance on public-source signals. Any legally required governing-law, venue, entity and notice provisions must be finalized with the operator’s business information before commercial activation.
