Is CareHome Signal a care-finder service?
No. It is a commercial-intelligence product for legitimate companies that sell products or services to residential-care operators. It is not designed for residents, patients or families searching for care.
What makes a signal different from a directory listing?
A directory describes current entities. CareHome Signal preserves change events—such as a newly evidenced license, capacity increase, operator change or reopening—along with their prior state and observation history.
Does “opportunity” mean the facility wants to buy something?
No. The Commercial Opportunity Score ranks timing signals. It does not claim that a facility needs, wants or intends to purchase any particular product or service.
How current is the free feed?
Public records are delayed approximately seven days and limited. Pro provides current verified signals, daily matching alerts, full history, saved filters and CSV export.
Does the service guarantee accuracy or sales?
No. Public sources can be incomplete, delayed or corrected, and a licensing event does not guarantee lead quality or a sale. Source links and last-verified timestamps are provided so customers can verify records.
Does CareHome Signal process health information?
No. The product is limited to facilities, public business licensing events and public business contact information. It does not collect resident, patient, diagnosis, treatment, medication or medical-record data.
How can a business request a correction?
Use the contact and corrections page. Include the facility business name, license number when available and the official source link. Do not submit resident, patient or health information.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Subscribers manage cancellation, invoices and payment methods through Stripe’s customer portal. Access follows Stripe’s verified subscription status.
