- Verifying a signal through the linked official source before relying on it.
- Exporting Pro records for internal business workflows consistent with these terms.
Prohibited uses
- Collecting, inferring, enriching or publishing resident, patient, diagnosis, treatment, medication, medical-record or protected-health information.
- Using the service for care eligibility, insurance eligibility, employment, credit, housing, clinical, legal or regulatory decisions about a person.
- Contacting residents, patients or families from CareHome Signal data.
- Harassment, deceptive outreach, fake personalization, fake reply threads, impersonation or claims of government affiliation.
- Guessing personal email addresses, harvesting contacts behind access controls or sending to purchased indiscriminate lists.
- Bypassing CAPTCHAs, authentication, rate limits, robots restrictions or technical protections at any source.
- Removing source attribution or presenting the Commercial Opportunity Score as safety, quality, legal or regulatory risk.
- Reselling bulk exports as a substitute or competing raw directory.
Outbound requirements
Outbound messages must identify the sender honestly, use relevant public business contact channels or properly licensed enrichment, provide a functional unsubscribe path and stop on reply, opt-out, hard bounce, spam complaint or customer conversion. Legal threats and complaints require human review.
Enforcement
CareHome Signal may limit, suspend or terminate access to protect people, source rights, deliverability, security or legal compliance. Suspected misuse can be reported through Contact & Corrections.
